Calico Alchemy Organics creates handmade and hand dyed clothing for women. We source the best organic plant fibers available in the United States, including hemp, cotton, and bamboo blends. All clothing is designed, cut, sewn, and dyed in our shop at 220 SE 7th st. Grants Pass, Oregon. We currently have a team of 5 women making our designs, and we hope to soon expand to start making men's clothing as well.
Calico Alchemy has been in business since January of 2013, mostly selling our goods online, We are very excited to be opening up an actual store front in beautiful southern Oregon. Where our followers and clientele can come in and try on our designs on in person. My name is Kelley Renae Bennett… Ive always been an artist, and wanted to be a small business owner all of my life. Im going to get some more written in here soon, but it is hard for me to really tell my whole story, as I feel it is really LONG. lol. main point…. Ive been sewing for a LONG time- and people tell me I’m pretty good at it.
For now, Calico Alchemy just made a HUGE move, from her home in California to Williams, Oregon. My partner and I just bought our first home, and adjusting back to normal (especially during Covid-19 and other 2020 hurdles,) has been busy and hard… I am grateful for the business, and wouldn’t have it any other way. We are completely soaking in the fun of buying a new property/farm/ and home. All while raising our sweet little boy Arlo Sage.
2020 has been a re building year for us, and We plan to come back full force in 2021 ~
